These terms apply to getwellgoplay.com and everything offered through it, including workshops, books, downloads, products, beta programs, emails, and text messages. Get Well, Go Play Co LLC ("Get Well, Go Play," "GWGP," "we," "us") provides them. By using the site or our services, you agree to these terms.

Not medical or mental health care

Get Well, Go Play offers education and wellbeing tools. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and nothing we share replaces advice from a doctor, therapist, or other licensed professional. Talk to a qualified provider before changing your health routine. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (in the U.S.) or call 911.

Who can use our services

You must be 18 or older to buy from us, register for workshops, or join our programs.

Workshops

Workshops are educational and held in small groups. Please treat other participants with respect and keep what they share private. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session. We may change or cancel a workshop; if you paid, we will refund you or move you to another date.

Purchases and pre-orders

Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. When you pre-order, we charge you at the time of order and deliver when the product is released. If the release date changes, we will email you. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships or is delivered.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, Get Well, Go Play Co LLC will send you text messages about the topics you agreed to, such as book launches, workshops, beta invites, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Beta programs

If you join a beta test, such as MenoTraq, you get early access to an app that is still being built. It may have bugs, change, or be discontinued. Beta apps are provided as-is. Please don't share unreleased features publicly without our permission.
